Lorient come into this one on the back of a comfortable 2-0 defeat of Olympique de Marseille in their most recent outing, last weekend, courtesy of goals scored by Panos Katseris and Bamba Dieng. The hosts begin the match day sitting tucked in the top-half of the table.
They face a Strasbourg side that have made it into the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League with a dramatic comeback against Mainz before more or less throwing their 3-0 hammering at the hands of Stade Rennais last weekend and then succumbing to a Coupe de France semi-final loss to Nice in midweek.
Strasbourg will now again focus on Europe ahead of this midweek and so siding with Lorient again seems the way to go for this one.
