On the opening weekend of the 2026-27 Serie A season, Juventus earned themselves a much-needed but slender 1-0 defeat of newly-promoted Frosinone in Rome, courtesy of a 22nd minute winner scored by Brazil international defender Bremer. Juve are in their first full season under the management of Luciano Spalletti.
Parma finished in mid-table last season but they have lost key men that helped their immensely impressive defensive record such as Zion Suzuki and Alessandro Circati. Carlos Cuesta’s visitors succumbed to a slender 1-0 defeat at home to Cagliari in their opener due to a 79th minute winner scored by Alessandro Romano.
Parma will remain difficult to play against but they now lack quality all over the park and Juve should make it two from two at the Allianz Stadium in Piedmont.
