Jamaica vs India prediction
Jamaica frustratingly missed out on FIFA World Cup qualification. The Reggae Boyz went into the Inter-Confederation Playoffs in March and, after edging past New Caledonia by a goal to nil in the semi-finals, they then succumbed to a slender 1-0 defeat to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
They now face an India side that, under the management of Khalid Jamil, are currently ranked 136th in the world, according to FIFA. Nicknamed ‘The Blue Tigers’, they did begin their calendar year with a 2-1 defeat of Hong Kong in 2026 AFC Asian Cup qualification.
The 2026 Unity Cup sees Nigeria face Zimbabwe in the other game and it will be expected that the final, like last year, is between Jamaica and Nigeria once again.
