- Denny McCarthy will hope to take advantage of this weak field at the John Deere Classic as he aims to land a maiden PGA Tour success.
- The 30-year-old is a good putter which should suit this course and having performed well in his last three events, notably when second at the Memorial, he should be right in the mix if maintaining his recent form.
