Afghanistan's domination of this series is showing no signs of slowing down. They followed up their 37-run win in game one two days later with a 19-run victory, this time piling on 221 runs batting first. While the Chevrons, put up a better fight with the bat, exceeding 200, they ultimately fell to another loss.
There is little to suggest that much will change heading into the final match of this series. Afghanistan continue to prove that they are a superior T20 side in these conditions to Zimbabwe, whether it be with the bat or the ball. While Zimbabwe do at least look to be improving with more time spent in Sharjah, it likely comes too late to save them from a series sweep.
