The prediction
Fremantle sit three victories clear of the Sydney Swans at the top of the AFL ladder. Captained by the excellent Alex Pearce, Freo have won 17 of their 18 matches this season, most recently earning a 70-point hammering of West Coast last week.
The Western Bulldogs have won 12 and lost seven of their 19 games as they begin Round 21 of the 2026 season sitting seventh and seeking to cement themselves in the top ten and the play-off places.
The Bulldogs have now won three games on the bounce but this is a much stiffer test and another comfortable Fremantle victory is to be expected for this one in Western Australia.
