Tondela took a hefty 3-0 lead in their Taca de Portugal semi-final first leg at home to second division Mafra on Thursday night but they face an even more important match on Monday. After a 2-1 loss at Famalicao last Saturday made it four-straight defeats in the Primeira Liga they will be desperate to take their cup momentum into a genuine ‘six-pointer’ at the bottom of the table against rock-bottom Belenenses.
