THE PREDICTION

Wurzburger Kickers’ relegation back to the third tier could be confirmed if they lose here. The cellar-dwellers are seven points behind third-from-bottom Osnabruck - who they play next - while second-from-bottom Sandhausen have games in hand. And their current form does not offer much hope, with five defeats and just one win in their last eight games. Karlsruher SC return to action following a 14-day quarantine, having not played since a 1-0 defeat to Osnabruck on 3 April. Christian Eichner’s men are without a win and without a goal in five home games, although they have only conceded two. Since the visitors have failed to score in four of their last five outings, it is set to be another low-scoring affair at the Wildparkstadion.
