Lorient produced their first away win of the season last Sunday to collect some much-needed points in the fierce battle to avoid relegation and they have now lost just one of their last four games which is their best run of form since the beginning of the season. They entertain a Lyon side who have been rather inconsistent of late and they are a somewhat unpredictable force but what remains fairly consistent is that their matches contain few goals. Of their last 11 games in all competitions, only one of those contained over two goals, while the same can be said of Lorient’s last four games, so this match looks like an excellent candidate for the under 2.5 goals market.
