THE LOWDOWN

ARSENAL

  • Arsenal find themselves inside the top four by virtue of one point with three games in hand on fifth-placed Man Utd, however this will prove a big test for Mikel Arteta’s young squad.
  • Only right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu is confirmed to be out for Arsenal with injury and Arteta is likely to deploy the same side who overcame Leicester on Sunday.

LIVERPOOL

  • Liverpool gained two precious points on Man City with their victory over Brighton this past Saturday, an eighth consecutive Premier League triumph combined with City failing to beat Crystal Palace two days later.
  • Mo Salah came off in the 65th minute with a knock and is a doubt for this one having only returned to training on Tuesday and it would be no surprise if Diogo Jota, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz formed Liverpool’s front three at Emirates Stadium with Salah on the bench.

LIVERPOOL

THE PREDICTION

This could well prove to be Liverpool’s stiffest Premier League challenge in many weeks as they travel to a young but fearless Arsenal side full of confidence and belief that they can finally down the Reds after having previously struggled against Jurgen Klopp’s side. Liverpool have beaten the Gunners in each of their last three Premier League fixtures by an aggregate margin of 10-1 and Arsenal’s defence will come under the sort of pressure that they have rarely faced all season. Even being potentially without their strongest attacking asset in Salah, Liverpool have to be favoured here, but when taking into account Arsenal’s form the smart play is to back the visitors via the draw no bet market.

Tip: LIVERPOOL DRAW NO BET
