THE LOWDOWN

ARSENAL

  • With just two months of the season to go, not many would have expected Arsenal to be in pole position but The Gunners begin the ‘run-in’ with an eight-point lead over reigning champions Manchester City, who do have a game in hand.
  • William Saliba remains injured and will miss this weekend's match against Leeds while Thomas Partey and Kieran Tierney were doubts but are expected to be available.

LEEDS UTD

  • Under the management of Javi Gracia, Leeds United’s performances have become more competent and their 4-2 win at Wolves a couple of weeks ago means they begin the weekend sitting outside of the bottom three in what is a congested bottom-half of the Premier League table.
  • According to Javi Gracia, Willy Gnonto and Max Wober will both be missing for The Whites this weekend, while Tyler Adams has sustained a serious long-term injury and has undergone surgery.

THE PREDICTION

After a rocky patch in early February, Arsenal have recovered really well and The Gunners are now expecting to wrap up their first Premier League title since 2004. Mikel Arteta’s side hammered Crystal Palace before the international break to make it six successive victories. Leeds United’s results and performances have improved under Javi Gracia but this is a tough test and they are missing some key players such as Tyler Adams and Willy Gnonto. Given that, Arsenal are the firm favourites for a comfortable victory in this one, especially with their home advantage.

TIP: ARSENAL TO WIN
