The home team come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with fellow high flyers Gent a couple of weeks ago, prior to the November international break. They have suffered just two defeats in their opening 14 Jupiler Pro League matches with a lack of European football likely aiding their cause as they aim to challenge Union SG throughout the campaign.

Following promotion to the top-flight last season, one of John Textor’s stable of clubs, Racing White Daring Molenbeek, have begun the 2023/24 Jupiler Pro League season in respectable fashion. The visitors begin the weekend sitting firmly in the middle-of-the-table with a record of four victories, five draws and five defeats.
They come into this one on the back of a much-needed end to a poor run of form, too, defeating a struggling Eupen side by three goals to one a couple of weeks ago.
