An early Kristoffer Zachariassen strike gave Ferencvaros a 1-0 victory in Turkiye last week in the first-leg of their UEFA Europa League play-off round tie with what is now a star-studded Trabzonspor side then reduced to ten men late on due to a red card received by reported Fulham target Chibuike Nwaiwu.
Ferencvaros have been very impressive in the UEFA Europa League so far this season with victories against FC Twente, Gornik Zabrze and Vojvodina thus far, while Trabzonspor are still gelling, albeit the aforementioned Salah did get his first Trabzonspor goal at the weekend as they defeated Istanbul Basaksehir by two goals to one in the Super Lig.
Trabzonspor remain a work-in-progress and this tie may well have come too early in their season, so siding with Ferencvaros, especially in Budapest, would appear the way to go for this one.
