Derby vs Stoke prediction

In February, Derby County parted company with Paul Warne as they battled against the drop following their promotion from League One last season. The appointment of John Eustace was a coup and the former Derby midfielder now has his Rams side on the verge of achieving safety having defeated Hull City by a goal to nil in Yorkshire last weekend.

They now face a Stoke City side that may well have thought they were safe after a defeat of Sheffield Wednesday on Good Friday but the Potters have now suffered back-to-back losses by an aggregate loss of 8-0 against Leeds United and Sheffield United to leave them back in a precarious position down at the bottom end.

Both of these sides could be safe regardless of the result here but they will not want to leave it to chance. However, frankly, Derby, at home and in their form, have to be seen as favourites here.

Derby vs Stoke tip: Derby to win & under 3.5 goals
