Peter Wright was rarely troubled in his second-round encounter with Ryan Meikle with Snakebite recording a routine 3-0 victory but the former world champion will be expecting a much tougher contest against the talented Damon Heta, who put in an assured display to see off Luke Woodhouse just before Christmas. The Australian will have his moments in this match and it would be no surprise to see him take a set or two, but you’d expect Wright’s class and experience to eventually tell.
