Coventry vs Hull prediction

Mid-way through last season, Coventry City appointed Frank Lampard following the surprise departure of Mark Robins. The Sky Blues were then excellent under the former Everton and Derby County boss. They will once again believe they can reach the top six for a third time in the last four seasons this time around.

They face a Hull City side that managed to stave off relegation on the final day of last season, but the Tigers then decided make another bizarre managerial decision to part company with Ruben Selles, and he has been replaced by Sergej Jakirovic, most recently of Kayserispor, and he will be under immediate pressure.

Hull are one of the teams expected to be battling the drop, and Coventry should get themselves off to a winning start here, especially with their home advantage.

Coventry vs Hull tip: Coventry to win
