Congo DR vs Chile prediction

The Democratic Republic of Congo come into this one on the back of a goalless draw with Denmark last week. DR Congo are exceptionally solid, as was their case in crucial FIFA World Cup qualifying playoffs against Nigeria, Cameroon and then Jamaica.

They now face a Chile side that are now among the weakest in South America. The Chileans were hammered 4-1 by New Zealand, despite four successive victories before that, in March, before a more solid 2-1 loss at the hands of Portugal last week.

DR Congo are a tough nut to crack but do lack goals, which is something Chile have improved upon but a low-scoring clash remains the likeliest outcome for this one at Stade de la Source in Orleans, France.

Congo DR vs Chile tip: Under 2.5 goals
