Collingwood begin Round 21 sitting eighth in the AFL ladder, a couple of points ahead of ninth placed Geelong – with both sides fighting for their spot in the play-off places.
Collingwood come into this one on the back of an impressive performance last weekend as they earned a 34-point victory against the Adelaide Crows, extending their winning streak to six matches. Geelong earned themselves a 20-point win against Melbourne, too, to back up their defeat of St Kilda the week before.
These are two evenly matched sides that head into Thursday’s clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in good form and so a high-scoring affair with a precious win on offer a decent bet.
