Central African Republic vs Comoros Prediction

The Central African Republic come into this one on the back of a 2-0 defeat to Madagascar in their most recent outing, the other day, due to goals from Warren Caddy and Arnaud Randrianantenaina. They have managed just one victory in their opening six matches as they sit 11 points off top spot and eight behind the runner up place.

They face a Comoros side that have been pegged back in their pursuit for top spot, and even the runner up place and potential playoff football. Ghana’s 1-1 draw with Chad keeps the Black Stars on 16 points, with Madagascar’s win taking them to 13, above Comoros as a result of their 3-0 loss to Mali, which leaves them two both on 12.

Comoros can still win a very competitive and intriguing Group I but, in order to stand a chance, this one would have to be viewed as a must win game in north Africa.
