Burnley vs Aston Villa prediction

There is little sign of any late-season flourish from relegated Burnley, who have now lost their last five games in the division.

Mike Jackson's second stint as interim manager of the Clarets began with a 3-1 defeat to Leeds - a side who have fared much much better since they were promoted from the Championship last season.

Aston Villa, clearly distracted with their UEFA Europa League commitments, have lost their last two Premier League fixtures, most recently suffering a 1-2 defeat to Tottenham at Villa Park.

Their excellent 4-0 win against fellow English side Nottingham Forest on Thursday though, ensures they will feature in a first European final since the early 1980s.

We fully expect Unai Emery's men to get back on track in the league here, against the down-and-out hosts.
