Bristol City saw their three-match winning streak in the league come to a grinding halt as they were outclassed by Southampton last time out, losing 4-1. They’ll want to get back to winning ways quickly but against a resolute Lincoln City side, that’ll be easier said than done. However, Michael Skubala knows his old club well and will be ready for the challenge.
Expect the Robins to boast much of the play but Lincoln should pose a threat on the counter-attack. Their priority though, will be staying solid and hard to break down off the ball, giving themselves the best chance possible to win it by the odd club like they did at both Bolton and Preston. With that in mind, consider backing under 2.5 goals scored.
