Brazil vs Egypt prediction

Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazilians come into this one on the back of a 6-2 demolition of Panama. The Brazilians were much-improved in that one after a defeat to France and an unconvincing performance against Croatia back in the March international break.

They now face an Egypt side, starring Mohamed Salah and Omar Marmoush, will believe they have a good chance of reaching the knockout stages this summer. The Pharaohs edged past Russia by a goal to nil in a friendly last week.

Egypt are a defensive side and can be effective with that, as shown by a goalless draw with Spain in March, and so a lower scoring affair is to be expected but Brazil should still come out on top in Cleveland.

Brazil vs Egypt tip: Brazil to win & under 3.5 goals
