Bradford City vs Bolton Wanderers prediction

The first-leg between these two big clubs was extremely close and we should see a repeat of that at Valley Parade. However, Bradford City will have no chance but to play with more aggression and take more risks from an attacking perspective, with Amario Cozier-Duberry’s goal for Bolton Wanderers the difference between the teams as it stands. The Bantams didn’t threaten the opposition goal enough at Bolton but on their own ground where they have won 32 of 36 league games under Graham Alexander over the past two seasons, that will surely change.

For Bolton, it’s all about patience and picking the right time to strike. The likes of Cozier-Duberry and Ibrahim Cissoko are perfectly set up for this sort of match where the opposition needs to push bodies forward in search for a goal, which could leave plenty of space in behind for the Trotters. When you take into account the speed and quality of those two in particular along with Sam Dalby up top, it’s hard not to see Bolton getting on the scoresheet at some stage.

But Bradford’s impeccable home form across the last couple of years cannot be ignored and the Bolton backline should get them back into this tie at some stage, making both teams to score worth worth backing.
