As they prepare for the FIFA Intercontinental Playoffs against Suriname in a couple of weeks, the Bolivians are in fairly average form with a 1-0 defeat to a weakened Mexico side in January meaning that they are winless in their last six matches.
The Trinidad and Tobago come into this one on the back of a steady run of form, narrowly missing out on FIFA World Cup qualification in a tough group alongside Jamaica and Curacao. The Trinidadians have lost just one of their last eight matches.
Neither of these two sides are overly strong, and that is especially the case in attack, and so a low-scoring encounter is to be expected for this one at Estadio Ramon Tahuichi Aguilera Costas in Santa Cruz.
