Benin vs Niger prediction

Benin come into this one on the back of a positive 18 months. They came close in CAF qualification for the FIFA World Cup before making the knockout stages of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations, losing to Egypt after extra-time in the round of 16 before they then managed friendly victories against Liberia and Guinea in March.

They now face a Niger side that most recently succumbed to a 1-0 loss to Togo in Casablanca a few months ago. That means that Niger are now winless in four matches since a reasonable CAF qualifying campaign for this summer’s tournament.

Despite that reasonable qualifying campaign, Benin are the firm favourites for this one and they will be expected to come out on top quite comfortably.

Benin vs Niger tip: Benin to win
