Barcelona vs Rayo Vallecano prediction
Hansi Flick and his Barcelona side are looking to make it three La Liga titles in a row and also add other trophies again this season. The Catalans hammered Elche by five goals to nil in their opening game of the campaign before they then eased to a comfortable 2-0 victory against Athletic Club at Camp Nou in midweek.
Rayo Vallecano lost manager Inigo Perez to Villarreal after reaching the UEFA Europa Conference League final last season with the ownership of the club continuing to embarrass them, having had to start their home season at Butarque in Leganes due to the conditions of Vallecas still not being improved or made safe.
Rayo were unfortunate to lose to Sevilla in their opener before they then shared a 1-1 draw with Alaves at Butarque. Their performances haven’t been bad but the whole surrounding circumstances make things tough for them and another comfortable Barca win is to be expected.
