Bahrain vs Syria prediction

Bahrain had friendlies against Uganda and the Kyrgyz Republic cancelled in March. They did manage to play against an entertaining Georgia side in Tbilisi last week, succumbing to a 2-0 defeat to the Eastern Europeans in that one.

They now face a Syria side that most recently succumbed to a 4-1 hammering at the hands of an improved an in-form Belarus last week, having started their year off with a 5-1 demolition of Afghanistan in 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualification.

Syria reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA Arab Cup this winter, while Bahrain were knocked out in the group stages and so siding with the Syrians at the Gloria Sports Arena in Antalya seems a reasonable bet.
