Atalanta vs Pafos prediction

Maurizio Sarri and his Atalanta side were unconvincing in their defeat of Israeli outfit Hapoel Tel-Aviv in the play-off round. The Bergamasci had remained unconvincing before the international break but they did ease past Venezia by three goals to one at the weekend.

Having reached the league phase of the UEFA Champions League last season, Pafos produced a surprise comeback to get past Hajduk Split in the UEFA Europa League before being knocked out by Red Bull Salzburg. They got past Dinamo City by five goals to three on aggregate in the play-off round, too.

Pafos have been inconsistent across all competitions this season and Atalanta will fancy themselves at the New Balance Arena this midweek.

Atalanta vs Pafos tip: Atalanta to win & under 3.5 goals
