Twente vs Thun prediction
FC Twente were beaten by Ferencvaros in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League before defeating Dunajska Streda and Qarabag in the UEFA Europa Conference League, coming from behind against the Azeris in that play-off round tie. They shared a 1-1 draw with Fortuna Sittard at the weekend as they sit fourth in the table domestically.
Thun were surprise Swiss champions last season but then lost manager Mauro Lustrinelli to Union Berlin of the Bundesliga over the summer. The Iron Ones, as they are nicknamed, have struggled since as they sit ninth in the 12-team Swiss Super League table.
Thun have struggled since the departure of Lustrinelli and Twente are firm favourites for this one at Grolsch Veste in the Netherlands.
