West Indies vs New Zealand prediction

This is set to be an intriguing series between West Indies and New Zealand with the two nations being well-matched. The Windies are coming off the back of a tour to Sri Lanka which saw them lose a three-game ODI series 1-0 with bad weather heavily affecting proceedings. The Black Caps recently enjoyed a successful red ball tour of England, winning a three-Test series and it’ll be interesting to see if that transitions to ODI cricket.

New Zealand are a reliable run-scoring unit but should be put under significant pressure by this West Indies bowling attack. However, when considering how well they played against England, it wouldn’t be a surprise if this New Zealand squad made the switch to 50-over cricket seamlessly and therefore, it’s worth backing them to take game one against the Windies.

West Indies vs New Zealand tip: New Zealand to win
