Travel Distances 2025-26 – English League Two

Here at TSZ we have put together a list of all the travel distances for the 2025-26 English League Two season.

The distances have been determined by using the shortest route by road on Google Maps at the time of writing. The mileage shown is for the round-trip from a team's home stadium to the opponent's home stadium, and back again, for all away games in the league campaign. This is strictly a 'by road' analysis, other means of transport (e.g. train) are not considered.

Total distances

  • With over 9000 miles to travel for away league games in 2025-26, local Barrow supporters have the longest total distance to cover in League Two.
  • At the other end of the spectrum, Walsall's total mileage is under 5000 miles - the least in the division.

What is the longest away trip in League Two?

  • The distance between Gillingham and Barrow's stadiums totals 658 miles there and back - the longest in the 2025-26 League Two season.
  • One of those two teams will be the longest away day for the vast majority of their League Two opponents, with only Crawley and Newport also featuring on this list.

What is the shortest away trip in League Two?

  • The 18-mile round trip between Oldham and Salford's stadiums is the shortest journey in the 2025-26 League Two campaign.
  • Local Grimsby fans won't have many short journeys in the league, with their shortest round-trip (Grimsby) still coming in at 148 miles.
