This match should be kept far from any promising accumulators as Ajla Tomjlanovic trails Dayana Yastremska 0-2 at tour-level but Yastremska has never won a first round match at Roland-Garros.
Something will have to give on Sunday as 31-year-old Tomljanovic, who reached the round of 16 here a decade ago, continues to tentatively come back from a lengthy injury lay-off and it seems likelier that Yastremska can break her duck after winning two of her five matches on tour-level clay coming into Paris.
