An all-American semi-final clash with Madison Keys should be a thrilling spectacle after the 26-year-old former US Open finalist beat Liudmila Samsonova in three tight sets on Thursday. World number 87 is eons better than her current ranking, with a first round win over second seed Elina Svitolina for proof, and this match looks like it could go to the wire. Take Gauff to win at least a set backed by a crowd almost certainly fully in her favour but Keys is a constant threat to the top order and should not be underestimated.
