Sweden vs Greece prediction

Sweden come into this one on the back of a 3-1 defeat to a strong Norway side in a Scandinavian derby in Oslo the other day. The Swedes managed to qualify for this summer’s tournament via the European playoffs with victories against Ukraine and Poland in the March international break.

Greece have been entertaining to watch in the last couple of years, which has seen them gain promotion to League A of the UEFA Nations League. They have been poor in the last eight months or so, continuing with a 1-0 defeat to Paraguay and a goalless draw with Hungary in March.

The Greeks will be frustrated by their ill-timed regression and Sweden, looking for positivity ahead of their send off to North America, are a decent bet here.
