Cardiff were handed a default win last Friday after Toulouse conceded their Champions Cup tie due to covid-19 cases but it was not enough as they missed out on the last 16 having lost their other three fixtures. The hosts look set for a fifth-straight defeat (in matches actually played) here with travelling Leinster eagerly chasing Edinburgh at the top of the United Rugby Championship. Leinster’s game in-hand over Edinburgh means they are leaders-elect for now but they can do all they can to improve their position with a bonus-point win here.
