Key stats

  • PSG are unbeaten in 17 Ligue 1 meetings with Troyes (W14 D3) since a 0-1 defeat at Troyes on 4 November 2001, and have scored in every one of those games.
  • PSG have won 15 of their 22 Ligue 1 meetings with Troyes since 1995/96 (D5 L2), scoring 54 goals to Troyes' 24.
  • Troyes have never won in 11 Ligue 1 visits to PSG since 1995/96 (D2 L9), the most recent a 3-4 defeat on 29 October 2022.
  • PSG's 9-0 win at Troyes on 13 March 2016 is the biggest away win in Ligue 1 since 1995/96, and the joint-biggest winning margin overall (with PSG's 9-0 home win over Guingamp on 19 January 2019).
  • PSG are top with 20 points coming into Matchweek 10, two clear of Lille, and have won six consecutive Ligue 1 games since 13 September.
  • PSG have scored in 53 consecutive home Ligue 1 games since 26 August 2023, equalling the longest such run by any team since 1995/96 (Monaco, 53 between September 2015 and April 2018).
  • PSG are the only team unbeaten away from home this season (W4 D2), and their only defeat came at home – 1-2 vs Monaco on 4 September.
  • PSG have scored 21 goals, the most in Ligue 1, and won 5-1 at Le Havre last time out on 30 October.
  • Troyes are 16th with eight points coming into Matchweek 10, in their first Ligue 1 season since 2022/23.
  • Troyes have scored only seven goals this season, the joint-fewest in the division (with Lorient).
  • Troyes have failed to score in their last three away games (0-2 at Lille, 0-2 at Angers and 0-0 at Toulouse) and have two goals in four away games this season (W1 D1 L2).
  • Troyes are unbeaten in two and have kept a clean sheet in both – 0-0 at Toulouse and 2-0 vs Le Mans on 31 October.
  • Ruddy Buquet has refereed 46 PSG Ligue 1 games since 2008/09 (W27 D9 L10), but PSG lost the most recent one, 1-3 at home to Monaco on 6 March 2026.
  • Troyes have never drawn in eight Ligue 1 games refereed by Buquet since 2008/09 (W3 L5), and lost the last of them 1-3 at home to PSG on 7 May 2023.

Paris Saint-Germain vs Troyes prediction

Racing into a 4-0 lead inside 17 minutes, Paris Saint-Germain eventually defeated Villarreal by six goals to nil at El Madrigal in the UEFA Champions League in midweek. That means that PSG have now enjoyed ten successive victories across all competitions, scoring 36 goals in the process.

Following their promotion to the top-flight last season, Troyes have started the 2026-27 Ligue 1 campaign with just two victories in their nine matches thus far. The visitors did earn themselves a 2-0 defeat of fellow newly-promoted strugglers Le Mans at Stade de l’Aube last weekend.

Troyes will take confidence from that and PSG will heavily rotate but that shouldn’t affect the expectation of another heavy home win here.
