New Zealand vs Pakistan prediction

New Zealand won three of their group games and played very well, although South Africa did get the better of them as the Black Caps bowlers failed to continue such a strong batting line-up. Pakistan meanwhile, were beaten by India but won the rest of their matches. The Pakistan bowlers are extremely good with a plethora of quality pace bowlers, but they are taking on an impressive top order.

Whilst this match is being played on the same ground that saw Pakistan lose heavily to India, they have had the benefit of playing all their games in Colombo and will be familiar with conditions, whilst New Zealand have to adapt from playing in India. On the back of their best performance of the tournament last time out, it may be a smart play to back Pakistan edging what should be a close encounter.
