DA’MON BLACKSHEAR VS LUAN LACERDA PREDICTION

Luan Lacerda (12-2-0) comes into this on the back of just his second career loss after going down to Cody Stamann by unanimous decision last time out. The Brazilian had won his 10 prior fights so will be out to produce a response here as he takes on Da’Mon Blackshear (12-5-1). The American also comes into this having lost his latest bout with Farid Basharat getting the better of him. He lacks the power to trouble his opponents with just one win via KO/TKO and while he is strong on the mat, his record looks insignificant when compared to Lacerda. He too does not put his opponents away with power having never KO’d an opponent but with 83% of his wins coming by way of submission, it would not be a surprise to see him stop this one early.
