Wesley Ward’s Golden Pal earned the win in the Breeders’ Cup juvenile race last year and has backed it up with some impressive showings this season. He has won two of his three races to date this year with his latest success coming over 5.5f at Keeneland last month and it would be no surprise if he gets his nose in front once again in this renewal. Emaraaty Ana shapes as the biggest threat with Kevin Ryan’s five-year-old showing up well to finish second in the Nunthorpe before a win in the Haydock Sprint Cup.
