Germany vs Japan prediction
Germany will hope they find a much easier time of scoring points against Japan than they did when taking on an admittedly strong Spain, who ultimately shut the Germans down. Olaf Lange’s side could only manage just over a half-century of points, losing 83-53 in the end. Now the Germans have a fight on to avoid going out of the competition.
Expect far more points for Germany this time around, but they may still struggle defensively against a Japanese side who impressed from an attacking point of view yesterday as they accumulated 102 points in victory over Mali. If they can replicate their efficiency when it came to shooting, then it would be no surprise to see them make it two wins from two.
