Georgia vs Romania prediction
Willy Sagnol has an always improving Georgia side but they will likely not be able to start key man Khvicha Kvaratskhelia after he played in the UEFA Champions League final for Paris Saint-Germain at the weekend. They aren’t overly reliant on the PSG star, though.
Romania missed out on qualification for this summer in the European playoffs in March, losing their semi-final against Turkiye by a goal to nil. The Romanians then succumbed to a 2-0 loss to Slovakia in a friendly a few days’ later.
These are two sides that do tend to play a slightly more proactive style of football than most may expect and so both teams scoring would appear a reasonable bet here.
