The Turkish Super Lig returned last weekend for the first time since the catastrophic and tragic earthquake that has killed thousands in Turkey, Syria and Lebanon. Adana Demirspor are an ambitious Super Lig club and they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting just outside of the top three and the European spots. The home team are unbeaten in their last five matches. Hatayspor were one of the worst affected teams from the recent disaster with attacking player, Christian Atsu, formerly of Chelsea and Newcastle United, being trapped under the rubble and passing away.
