THE PREDICTION
Zurich come into this on the back of a Swiss Cup Round of 16 defeat away to Yverdon via a penalty shootout in midweek. Their league form, though, has been exceptional. A 3-3 draw in the Zurich derby with Grasshoppers last weekend keeps them level on points with reigning champions Young Boys ahead of this weekend’s round of fixtures. Those two have formed a top three, alongside Basel, that are far away from the rest of the league already. Basel have been superb in the league, cup and UEFA Europa Conference League. In 11 games each, the two sides have scored a combined 52 goals and both teams scoring, therefore, appears a very strong bet for this one.
