ST. MIRREN VS KILMARNOCK PREDICTION
St. Mirren are clinging on to sixth place in the Scottish Premiership as things stand but with three games in-hand over most teams around them they can breathe a little easier than some. They lost a 1-2 at home to Hibs on Tuesday which was quite good going considering they had their goalkeeper Jak Alnwick sent off in the first half and they have lost just twice in their last six league games. The same cannot be said for Kilmarnock, who lost 0-4 at home to Celtic on Tuesday night to make it four straight defeats now and their third without a goal in those four. St. Mirren will be confident of getting the result here against a side in such despair and a home win with over 2.5 goals scored looks a decent combination. St. Mirren’s last three Premiership games, and Killie’s last two, have seen at least three goals each.
