THE LOWDOWN

NORWICH

  • Norwich’s first match under new head coach Dean Smith saw them triumph 2-1 against Southampton, their second successive Premier League victory.
  • Defender Christoph Zimmermann is out injured and Sam Byram is not yet up to fitness, but other than that Smith has a full squad to choose from ahead of the visit of Wolves.

WOLVES

  • In-form West Ham were stopped in the tracks by Wolves at Molineux last weekend as Bruno Lage’s side secured a 1-0 victory, their fifth Premier League win in their last seven games.
  • Willy Boly has been ruled out with a muscular injury but, given that the centre-back has not featured in the Premier League this season, Bruno Lage is likely to opt for an unchanged starting line-up for the trip to the Canaries.

THE PREDICTION

Norwich enter this encounter full of confidence and new-found belief following their two successive wins and won’t be afraid to push bodies forward here, taking the game to Wolves at every opportunity. Whilst this could prove effective from an offensive point of view, it may well lead them open to the counter-attack and with a top-quality striker in Raul Jimenez acting as a focal point, Wolves are expected to be afforded chances of their own against a side who are without a clean sheet in their last four league games. Therefore, both teams to score has to be favoured here in a match that could go either way.

Tip: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
