THE PREDICTION

Norwich had influential attacking midfielder Emi Buendia sent off at the weekend as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Neil Warnock’s Middlesbrough. Whilst a frustrating result, the Canaries remain top of the Championship although they will be without Buendia for their trip to Millwall. Whilst Daniel Farke has a squad of substantial depth that will allow him to cover for the loss of Buendia, the absence of the Argentinian is still bound to leave a creative hold within Norwich’s offensive play. That combined with the physical nature of Millwall, makes this a real battle ahead for the league leaders. The hosts have proven a tough nut to crack in recent games, losing just one of their last five Championship matches and it wouldn’t be a surprise if Gary Rowett’s side were to hold Norwich to a point in this one, which would be the Lions’ third draw in succession.
