THE PREDICTION

As ever this South Wales derby will be a fierce contested affair between two sides in very good form. Cardiff have won their last three Championship matches, with manager Neil Harris seemingly having found a winning formula within his side. Swansea meanwhile, have lost just once in their last six games and have built up a strong reputation for their misery defence, conceding more than one goal in just one of their last 12 Championship matches. You would expect this to prove an extremely tight affair, with neither side giving an inch and the referee no doubt likely to be busy. Both teams may be inclined to prioritise defence over attack such are the high stakes that come from such a local derby. With that in mind, consider under 2.5 goals to be scored over the 90 minutes, in a match where the result could conceivably go either way, such is the form of the two Welsh clubs.
