THE PREDICTION
Beerschot are still bottom of the Belgian Pro League after a 2-0 loss at Zulte-Waregem last Sunday but they have shown more fighting spirit in recent weeks. They also lost 2-0 after extra time on Thursday to Standard Liege in the Belgian Cup but that could be a blessing in disguise as they focus on avoiding relegation. They will likely be feeling it, though, in this early Sunday game at home to an Antwerp side fresh from last weekend’s 3-0 victory over KV Oostende. Antwerp have lost just one of their last five in the league but they have been caught out on the road twice in their last three away at Zulte-Waregem and most recently Sint-Truiden. They should have enough to win here but taking the visitors at draw no bet seems a reasonable concession.
