Brisbane Roar vs Auckland Prediction

The Brisbane Roar have lifted themselves off rock-bottom of the A League table with a much-needed victory in their most recent outing before the March international break. The Queenslanders managed to defeat fellow strugglers Perth Glory by three goals to one in Western Australia a couple of weeks ago.

They now face an Auckland side that, under the management of Steve Corica, are a part of the Bill Foley Black Knight group that are doing well with clubs across the globe and, in their first ever A League season, they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting four points clear at the top-of-the-table.

The visitors were held to a 2-2 draw by the Central Coast Mariners a couple of weeks ago but they are the far superior side of these two and should be sided with as a result.
