Brighton and Hove Albion boss Fabian Hurzeler is under a bit of pressure as an inconsistent Chelsea side travel down to the AMEX Stadium for this FA Cup fourth round tie this weekend.

Brighton vs Chelsea Prediction

Fabian Hurzeler has, from the outside, enjoyed a decent start to life in the Premier League but Seagulls supporters have been unhappy for a while and that has only intensified of late.

The reason for the pressure growing so much in the last week or so is because Brighton come into this one on the back of a 7-0 demolition at the hands of Nottingham Forest at the City Ground last weekend. They have now managed just three victories, two of which coming against Championship Norwich City and struggling Ipswich Town, in their last 13 matches.

Chelsea come into this one on the back of a much-needed come from behind 2-1 defeat of West Ham United at Stamford Bridge last week thanks to a second-half strike from Pedro Neto as well as an Aaron Wan-Bissaka own goal. That victory was just Chelsea’s second win in their last eight Premier League matches.

Chelsea have been thrilling to watch throughout the campaign with their 24 games in the league consisting of 68 goals and that exciting style should allow Brighton to play on the front foot themselves, albeit they prefer being more patient. Either way, both teams scoring seems likely.

Brighton vs Chelsea Tip: Both teams to score
